What this site collects

This website is a static site. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If you submit the contact or employment form, the information you type (name, email, message, and optional phone/links) is emailed to us at [email protected] and used only to reply to you.

Online orders and gift cards

Ordering and gift cards are handled by Square, Inc. on their own sites (offthewaffle.square.site and squareup.com). Payment details go to Square, not to us; Square's own privacy policy applies there.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to deliver pages and prevent abuse.
